Eligibility

To use TRACK IT FASTER, you must be at least 18 years old. By accessing and using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Additionally, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our website and services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. If we believe that your use of our services violates any laws or regulations, we may terminate your access to our services without prior notice.

Usage Restrictions

TRACK IT FASTER grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or business use. You agree not to:

Service Minimum Requirements for Refund Eligibility

TRACK IT FASTER offers a performance-based refund policy. To qualify for any refund, the following service minimum requirements must be met:

  • You must have actively used the software for at least 80 days, demonstrating a commitment to understanding and optimizing your affiliate program.
  • Your affiliate program must include a minimum of 20 affiliates at the time of requesting a refund, ensuring the system has been used sufficiently.
  • At least 10 of your affiliates must be classified as active affiliates, having generated at least 20 clicks and 2 conversions per affiliate.

Failure to meet these requirements will render you ineligible for a refund. These criteria are designed to prevent misuse of the refund policy and ensure that refunds are only issued to those who have genuinely engaged with our services.

Refund Policy

TRACK IT FASTER provides a tiered refund policy to offer flexibility based on the length of time you’ve been using our services. Refunds are issued as follows:

  • 100% Refund: If you request a refund within the first 90 days of your purchase and meet the service minimum requirements, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
  • 50% Refund: If you request a refund between 90 to 180 days after your purchase, you are eligible for a 50% refund, provided you meet the service minimum requirements.
  • Pro-rated Refund: Refunds requested after 180 days are gradually reduced on a pro-rata basis until one year after the purchase date, at which point no refunds will be issued.

Refund requests must be submitted through the appropriate channel on our website and are processed within 10 business days. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet our criteria or appear fraudulent. In the case of special circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, provide partial refunds outside of this policy.

Account Registration

When registering for an account with TRACK IT FASTER, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

You agree to use our service solely for the purposes intended by us and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Payments and Subscription

TRACK IT FASTER operates on a one-time payment model that can be paid once or in two installments . When purchasing our software, you agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge the full price or the current installment of the software to your chosen payment method at the time of purchase and/or installment.

All purchases are final, except as outlined in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect the pricing of any previously purchased services.

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your account or stop using our services at any time. If you choose to cancel, your access to the software and its features will cease, you will refunded only if you’re eligible under our Refund Policy.

TRACK IT FASTER reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior while using our services.

Affiliate Policy

TRACK IT FASTER provides tools for advertisers to manage their affiliate programs, but we are not responsible for payment disputes between advertisers and affiliates. We offers automated payouts from Advertisers to Affiliates, but Advertisers are solely responsible for compensating their affiliates according to the terms of their affiliate agreements. We will not be held responsible if an Advertiser fails to process the payout.

If you are an affiliate, please direct any payment inquiries to the advertiser with whom you are working. TRACK IT FASTER will not mediate payment disputes, nor will we be responsible for any delays or failures in payment from advertisers to affiliates. We will merely offer the service for automated payout to advertisers, and it is upto the advertisers to use it.

Modifications to Terms

TRACK IT FASTER reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the service.

Limitation of Liability

TRACK IT FASTER is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the website or services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions. In no event will TRACK IT FASTER’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
